“I am passionate about the Irish SME community. I have been working in & with technology, not for profits and service SMEs for over 20 years. Covid-19 has accelerated the move to technology and prompted a lot of soul searching from business owners on why they do what they do. Currently there is huge support needed for Irish SMEs in financial management, governance and strategic business advice.

Last year I reflected on how I could use and develop my skills to have a bigger impact in supporting SMEs to be more resilient and sustainable. When I researched EFM I found our values of accountability, fairness and transparency aligned. EFM’s experience and track record in supporting and achieving success with SMEs at all stages is superb.

The mentoring, training, and support from everyone I’ve met in EFM has been excellent.

I am delighted to join the EFM family and look forward to being part of this vital & growing community.”
