Rosaleen qualified as a Certified Public Accountant after studying and training in Ireland. Rosaleen initially worked in legal, practice before specialising in the food industry in Ireland, where she gained the vast majority of her experience  from working in a large Multinational organisation Kerry Foods, Rosaleen worked as a  Finance Manager, Finance Controller  up to a  Senior Commercial Finance Manager with a team of 8 reports.

Rosaleen’s experience & knowledge gained in Kerry Foods demonstrated her ability to bring this to SME Oishii Foods where she transferred her skills to make Oishii a profitable company, with a strategic plan in place to work towards alongside Forecasting, budgeting, and detailed revenue and monthly management reports.

Throughout her career, she has:

• Business Planning: Defined the business growth Strategy of a food SME by turning the business model from Sale and return to a more profitable and streamlined sales-only model
• Cash Flow: management of daily cashflows, availing of funds through Enterprise Ireland to help grow a SME business
• Customer profitability reporting: Built and developed a Customer Profitability model to understand the net contribution per customer to help make appropriate business decisions
• Business turnaround and restructuring: Being involved in the review and delist of nonprofit-making SKUs while making a more streamlined and profitable entity. Tracking and reporting costs associated with the restructure to the business leadership team. Rosaleen has been involved in the successful turnaround of a small business in the food industry, manufacturing, and retail side of the business. These Projects involved undertaking a detailed review of all activities and developing strategies and action plans to restore profitability and improve cash and working capital
• Finance Transformation: Streamlined the Finance and Administrative functions to align with evolving strategic requirements including structural reorganisations. Develop Meaningful and timely management information and KPIs which in turn drive the business performance
